Regarding acoustic induced vibration (AIV), currently I have PWL as y axis, D/ t ratio as x axis, and plot some N graphic . If we get number of cycle to failure let say N cycle. Can we say the fatigue life in year for the pipe at point of interest as below formula:

Fatigue life (year) = N/ (366*24*60*60*f)

Where f is vibration freq in Hz of pipe during operation.
