CII 6.1 Quick reference guide, page 67 is showing "sh_sum" of pipe of Simplified Envelope as below:

sh_sum =< f2.A1.A2.A3.hl(2:1) =====> (eq.1)

and

sh_sum =< f2.A1.A2.A3.al(0:1) + [al(2:1)-al(0:1)].sh_sum/hl(2:1) =====> (eq.2)

I think eq.2 should be "sa_sum", not "sh_sum". Please confirm.

How to derive eq.2 from ISO 14692? I'm seeing equation 21 and 22 in the Code year 2002, part 3 but I cannot transfer them to the above eq.2 of CII quick reference guide.

You are correct in #1. The corrected equation appears in the CAESAR II 2013 Quick Reference Guide.
For #2: axial stress is separated into two components - pressure and bending. CAESAR II evaluates the bending component and the bending allowable stress is then equal to the total allowed axial stress (which is a function of the node's hoop stress) less the axial stress due to pressure (PD/4t). I think that will explain the equation.
