Dear all,

I am doing a stress analysis for 52 inch piping. Service of the line is LP Lean Fuel Gas. Design Pressure is 125 Psig and Design Temperature is 93.3 Deg C/-4 Deg C. Pipe material is API 5L Gr B. Thickness of the pipe is taken as per contract as 0.406", Which also satisfy the thickness calculation as per ASME 31.3 using the following formula t= PD/2(SEW + PY).

When I am doing the stress analysis. I am having a warning as “BEND ISSUE at node 100 the fitting has a D/t ratio greater than 100. SIF computations for this fitting may be invalid”. Please help me is there any method to run the analysis for D/t ratio greater than 100.
