Dear Richard,

Earlier I have faced few nonconverged iteration problems while run C-II file of modelrate temperature lines and it not hard to fix. Now I am continously facing the same problem in a High temperature system C-II file. So
i)To resolve iteration problem I made friction 0 at error restriant shown in iteration. I doubt that Is it rcommended to do this .
ii)Or can go to load case mentioned highlighted in iteration and make friction factor 0. This method I haven’t applied.

Can you please give suggessions to resolve this or correct me if I am wrong.

Making friction coefficient value to zero at the non-converged point can show you different results.
This issue has been discussed many times on this forum, even a webinar is out there.
