I need the Equation for Calculating the First Natural frequency (F) of a Cantilever Beam Modeled as a series of Lumped Masses.

I aso need the Equation for calculating the first Five Natural Frequency (Fn) of a cantilever Beam (reference from Marks Standard Handbook For Mechanical Engineers, 9th Edition)

The two Equations demanded for are given in COADE Mechanical Engineering Newsletter Vol 17 (Dec 1993)but they are not clear as some other leterrs were superimposed on them making it difficult to see the them.
