Hi all,

I tried to search but maybe I can't get an exact keyword for this question. Please confirm whether a "Free Restraint at Node" (which most of the time refers to a nozzle node), cannot be used simultaneously with pre-define Cold Load and Spring Rate. I mean if you specify a Cold Load with Spring Rate, specifying a Free Restraint at Nozzle node is not the proper way to do. Or can it be?

Thanks for the help,
EddieB

You only need to free a boundary condition for hanger design (it only affects the restrained weight load case). If the hanger is already designed, this input field has no effect.
