All the weights are zero, or just one? I suggest you open a Support Request on Smart Support and send in your input file so that Technical Support can review your exact data.

Dear Richard Ay,
Software now work but need to delete previous output file...every time to run. Weight will be summaries in pound correct even we set out in configuration. Advice if i'm wrong

No, to send the file you have to initiate a Support Request on Smart Support.

Unless you've configured the program to "append" the output from multiple runs, you shouldn't have to delete earlier output - it should be overwritten.
