To my knowledge, I don't think you can create an "Individual Report" such that the maximum DX and the corresponding node, the maximum DY and the corresponding node, and the maximum DZ and the corresponding node can be shown simultaneously.
When I'm simply checking, I'd just double click on the column header to sort the column individually to find where the maximum values are.
I think the next best thing for you is to create 3 separate custom report templates, for DX, DY and DZ. In each of them, you can set it to automatically sort the column.
Otherwise, create an excel add-in to manipulate the Caesar displacement report exported to Excel. If it's worth the effort of course.
