Ever since I installed Office 2013 I have had difficulty creating Caesar Word Reports. The error message says: "This method or property is not available because the Clipboard is empty or not valid". Occurrence seems random to me. This has been happening with Caesar 2011 and 2014 versions. Any fix or work around advice would be appreciated.

I'm using office 2013 and have not encountered this problem. I'm guessing here, but if CAESAR II was installed when you upgraded MS Office, I think the hand-shake between CAESAR II and Office is now invalid.

Uninstall CAESAR II, then reinstall CAESAR II. If that doesn't resolve the issue please file a Support Request on Smart Support and describe the problem there (and reference this thread).

Just a suggestion. While exporting the output from Caesar to Word, do not do anything else on the computer that utilizes the clipboard (like copying). Leave the computer alone until it's done exporting if you can. My reasoning is that Caesar makes use of the clipboard to transfer information from itself to Word or Excel. So making use of the clipboard while Caesar is also using it may have been the trigger to the problem.

Richard, in my humble opinion as an amateur programmer, it is not necessary to use the clipboard for the purpose.
