Hi all

I am running CAESAR II-ver 7.00.00. am unable to install SP1 (later version) on Windows 8 machine. The error message is about unable to get XML3_Fix from www.coade.com. The update is searching for ITA_Prereq.msi from coade's website and ultimately fails to download.

I had put up this problem to the reseller's technical support, who had asked me to ensure that .NET 3.5 is installed. The message comes up even after .NET is enabled. A screenshot of the error is attached.

Kindly advice on why the problem occurs

I'm not sure why the XML3_Fix won't install, we haven't run into this before. You can visit the Microsoft Download center and obtain the latest XML3 package, which if installed should avoid this issue.
