want to know that
1.why there is differnce in allowable for Pipe,fitting(elbow/tee) & flange material as per b31.3 Appendex A?

2.If my tee is failing considering pipe material,can i take the advantage & consider the fitting material in analysis in order to satisfy code allowable.

3.he hirarchy is like this:Flange allowable>fitting allowable>pipe allowable.any reason?
