Create a new isometric directory, project and style using I-Configure.
In I-Configure, select one of the styles you just created. Find out the Drawing Frame the style uses (e.g. A2-CHECK.DWG).
Browse for the file using Windows Explorer. Edit the title block using Microstation, AutoCad etc.
Go back to I-Configure, change the drawing setup so that the attributes go to the right places.
The next time you create isos, use the new style you just created.
This is not a very detailed instruction of course, but it's generally what it takes to achieve your goal in my opinion.
