Hey all,

I'm analysing Pressure reducing and metering station (PRMS) using b31.8
for 3[m] burried pipe will you use the underground pipe modeler?
i am not familiar with burried pipe equations.

thanks,
Orid

You should take a look at B31.8 before attempting any analysis. Yes you need to use the underground modeler so that your model has the appropriate soil restraints.

From the information you provide, I do not believe soil around just 3 meters of pipe will be significant in your analysis - applying ALA or not.
