Suppose I have some flange & valve data with Weight & dimension for our Analysis which is not matching with default Caesar data. Now i want to know that can I change or update the valve flange data base file for my use & make it default ?

I presume you're using the CADWorx data files? If so, you can find the data here: "C:\ProgramData\Intergraph CAS\CAESAR II\7.00". Below this directory you'll see \lib_i and \lib_m, which contain the files for imperial and metric units.
