Please suggest about % variation in Hangers:
Is it necessary to satisfy 25% variation limit for Spring Hangers in WInd case also?
I am doing Large bore piping analysis with high temp of 426 deg celsius. There are many stand by cases as well . % variation for all stdby cases is OK. But when it comes to wind case, % variation (at design temp) increases up to 29 % . Say, if it is accepted by Spring vendor & it is in static equipment's vicinity, should I really bother for % variation in wind?
