That's not a lot of information to go on ... Open a Support Request on SmartSupport and provide:
1) The exact version and build of CAESAR II you're running. 2) The exact error message. 3) Also please send in your job file so Tech Support can run it.

did you solved the problem? in previous versions it was resolved with a service pack but I don't know how to solve for this version (2014 Ver: 7.00.0.2800, Build 140416)
