the material of the piping system on which I am working, is A790 S31803. every time I run the calculation I receive the error stating that the temperature is outside the allowed range of this material. I checked the material database for the above mentioned material and the allowables were available from -20C to 300C while the temperature of the system is only 175C! I made a new material from the existing data with a new name ( one for "All codes" and one for B31.3) still got the error. does anyone probably know where the issue lies?

What version of CAESAR II are you using?
Do you have values listed for Sc & Sh in your input?
Are you specifying B31.3?

All stress values are visible in the input. I use CII 2013 for this calculation however, I asked my colleague to try this material and the same happened for him he uses CII 2011.
I finally proceeded by "typing" in all the material proprieties in a new material with a new name ( previous time I copied them and it did not work)
