I have 3 versions of CII on my computer at work; 5.2, 2011 and 2013. the system operator of my PC is windows 7. I face no problem working with versions 5.2 and 2013 but, the trouble lies in the use of CII 2011 when I want to change the configuration settings; it keeps returning to its basic settings.
I contacted our IT department whom had been suggested by the Intergraph experts to modify the "compatibility" of the "C_2".exe file and also to give full permission to the files in registry editor. I did both but, it still did not work. I wonder if anyone had the same problem before. if so, how did you tackle it?
