With Windows 7 the Documents and Settings folder where Caesar's FRP Property Data Files were located has "gone away." Where does Caesar II now "point to" for these files?

The SYSTEM folder is accessible from the CAESAR II Main Menu under Utilities. That's the "easiest" path to the files you seek.
