I am doing a stress analysis of a carbon steel pipe of material API 5L GR B. The ambient temperature of the model is -3 deg Celsius and the design temperature of the line is 93 deg Celsius. The service of the pipe is crude oil and size is 16”. After doing the analysis the maximum displacement of my pipe is 60 mm. The stress acting on my file is very well within the allowable limit. Please advice me is the displacement is within the permissible limit.

There is no specific or permissible limit for displacements.

You need to consider pipe support arrangements such as shoe length and clearances, the possiblity of clash with another pipe or object.

For information, 60mm is only a moderate level of (axial) displacement.

As per my analysis there is no clashing in another pipe or object and my line is not having shoes. I have searched in many international standards and in local standards there is no standard value for maximum displacement in change in direction caused by the pipe.

Can you please advice me is there any other international standards or company standards that shows the limitation of displacement caused by the pipe change in direction.

I do not believe allowable displacement is addressed in any formal piping code. It is usually taken care of in Company standards, either those of the Client or Contractor.
