Dear Experts,

Regarding to requirement by API 661 para. 7.1.10.3 "The total of all nozzle loads on one multi-bundle bay shall not exceed 3 times that allowed for a single header".

Please help me to understand what the specific purpose of this requirement? what is the possible gone wrong when this requirement not complied?
