Hello,

The query on the flange leakage.,.

Flange leakage fail's in both pressure equivalent method and rigidity method. Can anyone suggest whether there is any practical possibility or calculation or any special locking methods to solve this problem ?

The pipes have been already fabricated and we are not able to solve the issues.

You realize neither of those methods really have anything to do with leakage? Use the Flange Module from the "Analysis" menu. This has a better approximation of the leakage potential.

As to how to solve the problem, that depends on what is driving it: forces, moments, temperature, pressure? You'll have to make adjustments to alter the "driver", of modify things to alter the response.
