Dear all,

Kindly guide me what is the procedure to model Vertical Cylindrical Fire heater And Analysis basics.

We do not have data sheet for temp gradiant profile. I have only inlet and outlet temp of line for Convection & radiant section. Tell me how much temp drop i can assume for analysis.

We do not have Displacement values for that nozzel so if i want to take it so how i can calculate it.

PRADEEPD: This isn't a Answer... If you don't know... Please don't Write anything. Only read and try to learn

Anuj_gupta1116: In this case... is very important to have The temperatura gradiente Profile... In a case that I lived, this profile was made for Heaters Departament (Mechanical)... With Fluent... And they gave me the document. This is the first. After... the material of piping.....

Dear Dave,
Can you please let me know-
1.Why Caesar check for allowable load only for tubes but in API 560 fourth edition code asks for tube and manifold both?
2.CODE provides allowable load for upto 24"manifold only.In my case manifold size is 34"and 38".In this case how to compare allwable loads.

Thanks
