We've been using Isogen quite extensively in one of our projects. Let me know if you wanna talk about it.
Oh yeah I had the same error before and solved it by installing the right build and manually registering some dll & ocx files.

You should have that OCX file on your machine, if not "Google" it, then download it. You will have to "register" this file for Windows to find it.

Did you register the OCX using REGSVR32?
