1. When I print all the pipes come out dark/black. I used to be able to print outlines/white . I did not change anything that I know of and to get even close I can put transparency at 99% and it is ok but there must be some setting or something to get it to print right without tweaking all the drawings.

2. When I print as above(transparent) all my nodes show up as OVALS within the pipe. I would like to get rid of these for cleanliness but can't figure out how.

I'm not sure what render mode you are printing, but shaded view will do what you describe on a black and white printer. Also, in the original 5.00 releae, there was a printing bug that printed silhouette mode with all of the faces turned on. I don't remeber what build contained the fix (probably March); verify that you have the latest version installed and if you continue to have problems, send an email to techsupport <at> coade.com.
