Dear All,

With PV ELITE 2013 I am not able to view the 3d Model but only the 2D, even though I try use the 3d graphic commands in the 3d view section of the software.

Any Suggestion?

Can you give us a screen image of this error? I would suggest that you submit a support request with your dealer or through our eCustomer support website.

it's not a display error.

I model my Vessel in 2d View and when i Try to move to 3d view and see the full model, nothing happen and it remains as 2d model.

Any suggestion?

Has this always been an issue?

I would suggest that you switch the graphics display driver from OpenGL to MSW in the Tools menu\Display Driver.

I would also check with the graphics card vendor to get the latest update. Some graphics cards have updates that do not come up with Windows updates.
