Where should I find SIF for a 20" Y-fitting, welded pipe? I can't find it in B31.1. Thanks for the help.

You have two choices:
- ask the vendor
- perform your own FEA to determine this value.

You won't find this in the B31 piping codes. The SIFs in these codes are based on Markl's tests, which didn't include "Y fittings".
