Hi
After I read"evaluating Dynamic Loads in Piping sytems caused by waterhammer", I had a question on Pressure in Caesar II,
since AFT Impulse exported force file has contained total force on elbow pair, that total force includes pressure elongation expansional force
F_stat= (P0+delt_P)Ai-v.(P0+delta_P).Di/2t x As
and imbalance force F_dynamic=delta_P*Ai.
(where, Ai is inner area of pipe, t is wall thickness, As is pipe cross-section area; Di=Pipe inner Diameter
P0=Initial Pressure; Delta_P=pressure fluctuation caused by water hammer;v=Possion ration of Pipe)
Do we need to include pressure on Caesar II again?
Will F_stat be recalculated if we include pressure in Caesar II calculation ?

Thanks
