Hello,

I'm having a small problem with the dynamic animation files that I have created. I created these files so that I can send them to others to show the mode shapes of the piping system that I am analysing. Problem is that I can view the animation on my PC however none of my colleagues can.

I have sent them the .hsf and .html files that Caesar creates, but when they double click the .html file and allow the Active-X content the window opens but no model appears.

Any suggestions? Is there another file that I need to send with the two I have already mentioned above?

Regards,

James

Hi James,
I haven't tried this with animation files but the same issue I encountered with Static model HTML files.
However in my case it took longer to opens in others computer but opens after allowing Active-x installation.sometime waiting time was 15 min or more.
If i remembered correctly CAESAR II generates three files not two... suggestion is open HTML, install Active-X. and wait....
For exact technical answer lets wait for developers to answer

In order for this to work, your system has to download the player from TechSoft - which means you need an Internet connection and permission (rights) to download and install an ActiveX control.

Thanks for the help. ActiveX control installed and a bit more patience did the trick.

James
