The piping input window fails to open approximately 50% of the time on my system (CAESAR II 2013 R1 (V6.10.01.0051), Win7 SP1 64bit). ICAS Network Partner support tells me that this issue had been previously identified but no fix is available.
How many other people are experiencing this issue?
What, if any, workarounds are there besides using task manager to forcefully terminate the application?
