The piping input window fails to open approximately 50% of the time on my system (CAESAR II 2013 R1 (V6.10.01.0051), Win7 SP1 64bit). ICAS Network Partner support tells me that this issue had been previously identified but no fix is available.

How many other people are experiencing this issue?

What, if any, workarounds are there besides using task manager to forcefully terminate the application?

Please download the service pack for the 2013 version from ecustomer or ask your ICAS partner for the update.

I believe I already did so. Version 6.10.01.0051 and build 130703. Is that not the current version?

Also, the monthly version check that ran this morning indicated there was no newer version available.
