Para 302.3.5(e): States for Displacement stress range allowable SA, no need to multiply with WC.

1.From APP-P—P302.3.5 (e) Reference states:

Para 302.3.5(e), applies EXCEPT, SoA & SEA in P302.3.5(d) Replaces SA Para 302.3.5(d). Means, if I select APP-P ON, WC should multiply to both SoA & SEA . But I observe that allowable values are changing at tees& bends (where weld joints are there) in SUS case only but not changing in operating and expansion. Can I know the reason? If I am wrong please correct me.

2.If APP-P is on, how SoA & SEA in P302.3.5(d) Replaces SA Para 302.3.5(d). What it means. And what CAESAR-II is doing for that??

Follow the logic.
Wc is not applied to expansion (or operating) stress ranges and it is not applied to operating stress states - both base Code & Appx. P.

In base code it is already mentioned, Wc Is only for Sustained, not for EXP & OPE, THEN again why they introduce that same topic in APPENDIX-P. Is there any logic/concept behind that introduction of this topic in APP-P.

The mention in Appx. P is only to explicitly state that both stress checks in Appx. P do not require W.
Take the base Code and replace the appropriate sections with the Appx. P text to create a complete Appx.P reference. You would add this line about W.
It is a simple correction. Do not overthink it.
