I would like to know, what special consideration are taken or special measures are taken while doing stress analysis of modular plant.
Is there any kind of transportation effects are taken into consideration?

It should be considered the effect of transportation (sea or land, whatever is applicable). Remember that the pipes are disconnected when you build or transport the module.

Search for "sea fastening". There will be maybe temporary supports. You will have to consider also the ship accelerations.
