ketan daraji Member Registered: 10/18/09 Posts: 34 Loc: india	In one of the project specification of pressure vessel design , it is mentioned - "Application of ASCE 7-10 : combination loads shall be calculated with factor of 1.4 as per ASCE 7-10 paragraph 2.4.1 basic combination. Can you suggest how it is to be taken care in PV Elite calculation ? _________________________ nil

Scott_Mayeux Member Registered: 12/23/99 Posts: 347 Loc: Houston,TX,USA	Hi Ketan, The value of 1.4 does not seem to appear in load cases 1 through 8 in paragraph 2.4.1. The value of 1.4 appears in paragraph 2.3.2, Strength Design.
