Hello!!

Can someone let me know to come out of this problem? When I export the data to MSWORD I get this error message.

Earlier everything was fine but all of a sudden this started to happen.

I needed to fix it ASAP.

Your timely help will be greatly appreciated.

if I am not wrong the error is "call was rejected by callee".

My client is also getting this error yesterday. Any suggestions?

You have to send for support to get expert help, but try this in mean time:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/97478...ord-application

Try closing all apps at that time. Close any other word document open. Also try sending 1 report to see if it works.

Mandeepji,

This is not working. In fact, sometimes the report can be done in Word & sometimes not.
Its quite strange, actually.

Is there any other better way than to send the file to Support?

Try generating the report one load case at a time. If you send too much data to Word, Word behaves unpredictably.

SJ,
Is your Microsoft Word is activated? If any activation window opens when you open MS Word then you will get rejected call by callee. Try to activate MS Office and then try again.

Siva.

Siva,

What does it mean?

Do note that, sometimes I'm able to get report in word & sometimes not.Had there been any issues with MSOffice, I wouldn't have been able to do it for a single time.

If you send too much data to WORD, WORD chokes. It depends on the size of the job and how many reports you request. Cut down on what you're requesting.

Open a Support Request on eCustomer and let them know:
- what version of CAESAR II you're running
- what is your Opertaing System
- What version of Office is this
- How much RAM is installed on the machine.

Where can I find the link to ecustomer?

Is it the same as the the "email CaesarII support" tab on Caesar home screen?

Please sign-up on Intergraph eCustomer at https:\\crmweb.intergraph.com\ by clicking the "I'm a new user" link, then the "click here" link on the first bullet of the next page. You will need to fill out a short form with your name/e-mail/etc., the submittal process should take two (2) minutes or less. Shortly after you submit the account request form, you will receive an e-mail with your login information.

Once your login information is received, logon to the eCustomer at https:\\crmweb.intergraph.com\ and submit a service request (SR) by clicking the "Submit a Service Request" link. This is a very short and easy process requiring only that you describe the issue and submit. As soon as submitted Intergraph Technical Support (we) will be in touch with you to help resolve the issue.

Signing up on eCustomer will take very little time and will give you access not only to a wider range of Intergraph resources assisting with submitted issues or SRs, it will also give you direct access to Intergraph’s knowledge base articles, latest product updates, and much more.

Rich,

Its nice of you to give all those details. However, the only problem is this ecustomer seems to be restricted to US or Canadian customers. For others, it asks to contact local office!!

Can't this be extended to other customers around the world?

Or is there any other way?

Outside of US and Canada you should contact your local dealer to get ecustomer login.

In India it is:

ImageGrafix India -> support@iges.in 1-800-102-4437 (IGES)

I will ask our Indian support people to
