I have a job which I ran under v5.2 and v5.3. The allowable stresses seem to be different for a number of nodes. For example, the allowable stress at both nodes of each element are the same in v5.3 results(eg: 6690psi and 6690psi, but are different in v5.2 results(eg: 6690psi and 5431.1psi). My v5.2 is using B31.3 from 2006 and my v5.3 is using B31.3 from 2008. I'm guessing there has been a change in the code that's causing the discrepancy, but not sure what it is exactly.
