It my just be a graphical problem, but if not, would someone show me what I'm doing wrong with this eccentric reducer? As you can see the elements are not flush. '~'

In my opinion it looks like you are trying to force a "Concentric Reducer" into a situation where you want an "Eccentric Reducer".
