Ibrahim,
The Configuration Module is a ".Net" application with a couple of 3rd party tool components. This module needs several DLLs registered to work properly. In the CAESAR II program directory you'll find a batch file named "netuserc2.bat", which will attempt to register all required components. You will need "admin rights" for this to work properly.
I suggest:
- navigate to the CAESAR II program folder
- in Windows Explorer, find "netuserc2.bat"
- right-click on this file, and "run as administrator"
If this doesn't work, you'll have to get your IT department involved, something on your system is preventing this module from running. For example, if you're running Windows8, only ".Net-4.5" is enabled by default. You'll have to enable ".Net-3.5/4.0" for those applications (like the CAESAR II Configuration Module) that need these earlier implementations.
(I'm out the remainder of this week, and I may not have access to these Forums. I recommend you go through the eCustomer Support Channel for this. Issues are logged and tracked, and we can better see where people are having issues with the software.)
