The nozzle limits distributed in files with the software are in the "local coordinate system" of the nozzle. You have to tell CAESAR II how that relates to the Global Coordinate System of your piping model. You do this by specifying the "Reference Vector" direction cosines.
Once CAESAR II knows this Reference Vector, CAESAR II will transform the local limits to your actual nozzle for the comparison with the computed loads.
