hello,
can someone explain me this problem, i have a model with external pressure 0.00765bar.g or 765N/m2 but if i introduce the externel pressure in the model it can't running and it displyed error message:

FATAL ERROR 248
A file synchronization error occured reading in the data for the menus, spreadsheets, and status messages from the file SCREENx.TXT, where "x" is 1, 2, 3, or 4. Check the status of the indicated file and if necessary reinstall it. The appropriate file selected from the table below:

File Used By
SCREEN1.TXT Input operations
SCREEN2.TXT Error Checking Operations Module
SCREEN3.TXT Solution Module
SCREEN4.TXT Output Generation Operation

I didn't say what's the problem

Open a support request on eCustomer, and detail the exact version of the software you're using. I suspect a software update will fix this.

our version of tank is 3.10, this version can't contain external pressure calculation?

If you don't have a menu option for external pressure input, then your version doesn't support external pressure calculations.

No, i have a menu option for external pressure input and i can introduce all parameters for external pressure calculation , but if i run this model it display the error message that i sended it.it's anormal

but in this version calculation for external option exist, whay it can't converged for solution after running??

It is likely your specific data set. Did you open the SR on eCustomer and request "support"?
