I am using Caesar-II 2011 R1, Ver 5.31.00.0000 (Build 120525).
I am trying to extract isometrics by using Isogen option in Caesar-II.
Unfortunately there is an error message showing "Error in processing pcf file". When i open the message file, it is showing '" Personal ISOGEN : VERSION 6.3.0 (Full)".

Please help me in fixing this problem so that i can extract isometrics from caesar-II.

We need to see the file. Please open a Support Request on eCustomer and send in the file.

I got the same problem when I create ISOmetric,
When I click ok on ISOMETRIC DRAWING GENERATION window,
PCF was created,
but the view drawing window was not appeared,
and no DWG file was create in foler

I have the same problem on CII 2011. and it's not related to the file as I tried generation isometrics for some CII example files which didn't work anyway.

You need Volo View or Autocad installed on your machine.

From my experience troubleshooting this kind of error, there could be many reasons why it happens. Without knowing more, all I can say is that there is something in your input file that causes it. Sometimes, a model that is perfectly fine for a static analysis isn't so for isometric generation.

I'd suggest opening a Support Request on Smart Support, and send in the model as well as the steps you followed to create the PCF.
