In my case Dome roof is externally stiffened and members are welded with roof plate. can we ignore member in L/r slenderness check due to curved member.

The reference Bob-long Guide to storage tank the example shows no any check of slenderness in major axis. only check in minor axis (in case of rafters not welded to the roof plate).
