can anybody tell me if there are any guidelines for locating an expansion joint/ bellows in the pipe
routine. it will be very much helpful to me.

The help guides are full of articles.
As is this forum.

BUT............

Have a look at my last post on expansion joints,
you have to think long and hard and completely understand just what is happening in within your boundary.
The Caesar model is only a representation of your design and cannot do all of the brain work for you.

good luck and watch out for those out of balance pressure thrusts.

one last good note.

The standard EMJA spec sheet includes a blank area for a sketch of the piping system. this is for very good reasons, i suggest you use it
