This "count exceeded" feature in error checker was introduced to reduce number of messages displayed on screen for quicker review (the total number of errors/warnings is still the same and is reported in the text boxes above the grid). This will not affect calculations; if these are errors, then all of them must be resolved in order to perform the analysis, as usual.
There is a little black drop-down arrow to the right of the Error Check button on the "Caesar II Tools" toolbar; when expanded, the "Limit Repeated Messages" check box is "On" by default (you can turn it "Off" to display all messages); you can also change this count by using "Set Message Repeat Limit" option.
