I see that the gaskets & weld gaps are in the current .prj layer. How can I hide or turn them off for plotting without changing them to a different layer?
it adds a _ to the name of the layer so it will put them on the _system layer.
unfortunately, at least in my case, it still puts them in as the same color as the spec layer. It's annoying, but at least they are on a non-plotting layer
edit: Now I feel silly for overlooking the color index.
bumping this thread as I noticed a "bug" with the layers.
I currently have the bolts/gaskets coming in on the _system layer as indicated in the .prj file.
If I double click on a gasket or bolt to open up the component edit, as soon as I close out of it by selecting "ok", it changes to the spec layer.
It seems to happen with any component not on the spec layer, but for our purposes, the _system layer (gaskets/bolts) is the only non-spec layer indicated in the .prj
