We are having trouble with adding special materials to the materials database - we are running version 4.5 build 051015 - ie the one that came with version 5.00.

We can select the tools/material database from the menu but nothing happens.

Our existing model was created in version 4.50 and needs to stay that way. We could look at creating our model in version 5.00 and then save our file as a version 4.5 model but would the version 4.5 materials database recognise the non standard material that has been defined in version 5.0?

This is a "re-linking" problem only, with Version 4.50. To resolve this, simply copy the "xtp9601lib.dll" from the \caesar500 directory to the \caesar450 directory.
