Dear All,

Does anybody can explain about +Y2 support, i saw which is used for subsea riser support in one of a riser stress analysis report

If the Y axis vertical, then +Y mean that the restraint is a friction bearing. Restraint force will be -Y axis.
Y2 mean bilinear stiffness.
