when I use annotation option in CII I am having issues, If need to correct spelling I need to do it from start and if I click backspace button in my keyboard it types bots (.....) and there is always a dot after using backspace when I use annotation w/leader, which is not deleting text completly without a dot. I need to delete leader and type again instead correcting in same leader.
If I press delete also it type dots (.....) and same for backspace also, if any one have a solution reply me.

What exact version are you using? (This was a problem, it's been fixed, but the annotation option is not a Word Processor. If you really want to annotate the model graphic, I suggest you capture the image and use graphic editing software.)

I am using CAESAR II 2011 SP2 Version.5.30.02 (Build 110830).

Version 5.2 used to work fine but current version has some problem, we do know other options to workout as you said but When we got an option to do it in CII software why do we need to use xyz software?
