Since the nozzle is conical (and not the shell), you can proceed as per regular methodology. WRC evaluates the stresses at nozzle to shell junction. Hence regardless of nozzle configuration what matters is the nozzle size or cross section at intersection with shell. Hence enter the thickness and radius of nozzle at the intersection. All external loads which are entered are the loads transferred at the junction. By this way you can approximate (?) the analysis.
