I am new to Pvelite.

I just want to know about "Wind diametre multiplier" option which is display in the Input Data for Shell, Skirt etc.

Pvelite default take 1.2.

Please justify as i have no idea of it.

hi tejas,
this multipler value of 1.2 will increase vessel dia by 20%. i.e. if shell dia is 1000mm then dia for wind area cal will be 1200 mm.
This leads to increase in wind pressure .
